How the workshop works
Prepare around real work
A short intake covers each person’s role, one recurring task, the tools they use and anything they are unsure about.
Put context in the right place
Set useful instructions and writing preferences. Organise repeated background in a project workspace or the equivalent saved-context feature in your approved platform.
Connect only what is approved
Where the plan and administrator permissions allow it, connect relevant workplace tools with the access controls agreed by your business.
Complete a practical task
Use approved, de-identified or sample material. Refine the result, check the source and decide what still needs human judgement.
Leave with something usable
Take away practical prompts from the session and a named next action. We check in after 14 days to learn what is working and what is still awkward.
No technical background needed.
Exact features and materials depend on the platform, plan, administrator settings and approved data.
AI & automation consultancy
Start with a process.The handover.
The follow-up.
The same task.
Again.
Good candidates for automation often hide in ordinary work.
We look at how a process runs today, where information gets re-entered and which decisions need judgement. Then we agree what is worth changing.
- Assess
- Understand the process, the tools and the constraints.
- Build
- Connect the workflow and test it against real requirements.
- Hand over
- Explain how it works, who checks it and how it is supported.
