Melbourne / Delivered online
Your team in Melbourne.
A practical way forward.
TechGuider works with businesses across Australia, including Melbourne, through online training and workflow consulting.
TechGuider is based in Sydney. Brooke Boielle is the founder; the people responsible for your engagement and the delivery arrangements are agreed before you begin.
Two ways to begin
Make room for useful work.
Train a small team
Practise a real task, understand AI's limitations and learn how to review its output. Sessions run for at least 120 minutes, with up to eight participants and a follow-up after 14 days. Preparation is additional.

Map a process with the people who use it, identify the exceptions and agree a manageable scope. Any pilot needs clear measures and a person accountable for the output.

Before an online engagement
Prepare together.
Agree a time, the meeting platform and who needs to attend. Check that participants can access the approved tools and bring a sanitised example of the work you want to improve.
Tell us about your internal privacy rules, approval processes and any specialist requirements. Do not send confidential records or client data with your initial enquiry.
Any in-person delivery or travel would need a separate agreement. Where a workflow needs specialist legal or regulatory advice, involve an appropriately qualified adviser.
