TechGuider / Website terms
Website use and service information
This page explains the information on our website and what needs to be agreed before a service begins. It does not replace a project agreement.
Draft updated 17 September 2026. Human publication approval and legal review are pending. These draft provisions are not presented as an executed service agreement.
01 / Website information
A starting point for a conversation.
TechGuider provides practical AI training and automation consultancy. Website descriptions help you understand the offer; availability, suitability, delivery arrangements and fees are confirmed for your enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not place an order, reserve a session or authorise work.
Guides contain general information and suggested approaches. They are not a substitute for advice about your particular legal, financial, health or security circumstances.
02 / Engagements
Agree the work before it starts.
A training or consulting engagement needs an agreed scope covering deliverables, timing, fees, responsibilities, approved tools, information handling, support and any cancellation or rescheduling arrangements. This website does not set cancellation charges, grant unlimited support or authorise access to your systems.
The AI introduction offer provides at least 120 minutes of session time for up to eight participants, with preparation additional to session time and a follow-up after 14 days. Confirm the trainer, format, venue or online arrangements and the preparation needed before booking.

Know what the evidence shows.
Workflow pages distinguish delivered work from broader examples of what AI and automation can do. Reported results belong to the workflow described; estimates depend on their stated assumptions and another business may achieve a different result.
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. People remain responsible for checking material before acting on it. No website statement promises error-free output, a particular saving or a guaranteed business result.
How we handle sources and corrections ↗04 / Responsible use
Respect the site and its sources.
Please use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person or submit information you are not entitled to share.
The website has no public account, community posting or user-content publishing feature. Contacting TechGuider does not grant us a general licence to publish your enquiry or confidential material.
Original TechGuider materials and third-party materials may have different ownership and licence conditions. Follow any stated attribution or licence requirements. Contact us before republishing workshop materials commercially; this does not restrict uses permitted by law.
05 / Rights and external services
Keep your legal rights intact.
Nothing on this website is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The ACCC explains consumer rights and guarantees.
Linked tools and sources are operated by their respective providers. Check their current terms, access requirements and suitability before using them. A reference to a tool or source does not mean its provider endorses TechGuider.
Any engagement-specific allocation of liability, intellectual property, confidentiality or dispute handling needs to be settled in the relevant agreement. This draft does not introduce a blanket exclusion of liability or a unilateral right to change an existing agreement.
06 / Questions
Clarify before relying on it.
If a website statement is unclear or appears inaccurate, contact tech@techguider.com.au. TechGuider is based in Sydney; meeting and delivery arrangements are confirmed separately.
Material changes to this page should be dated. Updating website information does not itself change a separately agreed project scope.
