A short intake covers each person’s role, a recurring task, the tools they use and what they are unsure about. That gives the session a practical starting point.
We agree which platform you can use, what access is available and what information is suitable. Where real material is not appropriate, we work with de-identified or sample content.

Organise reusable context in your approved platform. Discuss connected tools only where your plan and administrator permissions allow them.

Work on a real task
Use approved, de-identified or sample material. Draft, compare, refine and check the result against its source.

Save a useful prompt, name one task to practise and agree what you will check before using the output.
This is a proposed 120-minute outline. We adjust the emphasis to the group; a longer session can be scoped when needed.

The session does not require uploading confidential client information or connecting every workplace account. Start with the access your business has approved.
Exact features depend on the platform, subscription, administrator settings and permissions. A workshop is not a promise that every connector or automation will be available.
People stay responsible for checking the output. Sending messages, changing records or making decisions should follow your business’s approval process.

Who is it for?
Business teams who want a practical introduction, including people who are new to language models. No coding experience is required.
Do you offer AI training across Australia?
TechGuider is based in Sydney and works with teams across Australia. Online delivery and any on-site arrangements are agreed when we scope your session.
What should we bring?
Access to your approved tool, a suitable laptop and one recurring task. We confirm account access and any sample material during preparation.
Can we connect our workplace tools?
Only where the feature is available and your business has approved it. Access, data handling and any administrator setup are agreed first. The session remains useful without connections.
Who leads the session?
TechGuider is founded and led by Brooke Boielle. We confirm your trainer and any facilitator support before booking, based on your team’s tools, tasks and experience. You will know who is delivering the session and who handles follow-up.
What does it cost?
We agree the scope and provide a quote before booking. Delivery format, preparation and facilitator support are confirmed together.
What about a larger team?
This session is designed for up to eight people. A larger group needs a different delivery plan, such as smaller sessions, agreed in advance.
