About TechGuider
Make the technology
useful to people.
TechGuider helps businesses understand AI and find practical ways to improve everyday work.
We start with the people, the recurring task and the decisions that still need judgement. Training builds understanding; consultancy tests where a workflow could work better.
Why we exist
A useful answer
for Monday morning.
Businesses are being asked to make decisions about AI while the tools and expectations keep changing. A general demonstration rarely answers the practical question: what should our people do differently tomorrow?
We begin with work the team recognises. That makes it possible to practise, compare the result with a clear standard and decide whether the tool helps.
Sometimes the answer is a small automation. Sometimes it is a clearer handover, better source information or leaving the process as it is.
Brooke Boielle / Founder
A clear point of accountability.
Brooke founded TechGuider in Sydney to help businesses put AI and automation to practical use. He leads the practice and shapes how engagements are scoped.
A session or project may be delivered by Brooke or another facilitator. Before booking, TechGuider confirms the person’s identity, relevant experience, role and delivery responsibilities.
You should know who is doing the work, who checks the outcome and who handles follow-up. Contact Brooke through tech@techguider.com.au if you need to clarify responsibility for an engagement or raise a concern.
Ask us about your proposed trainer’s relevant experience, the tasks covered and who will support your team after the session.
How we work
Understand first.
Build with purpose.
Begin with the work
Understand the task, its owner and its constraints before recommending a tool.
Make the limits visible
Include source checking, access boundaries and exceptions in the design. Useful output still needs judgement.
Make ownership clear
Agree what happens next, who is responsible and how to pause or change a workflow when it is not working.
Two ways to work together
Start with a team.
Or start with a process.
Practical AI introduction sessions
At least 120 minutes for up to eight people, with preparation beforehand and a follow-up after 14 days. Practise a suitable task and learn how to check the output.

Delivery arrangements depend on the people and the work. We agree the format, approved tools and suitable material before the engagement begins.
Our guides distinguish practical recommendations from reported results. Delivered work is identified separately from broader workflow examples, and human author or reviewer credit is only added when that work has been completed.
