All workflow examples ↗

Delivered workflow. Built as a skill for a New South Wales conveyancing team.

Where the work stalled

Each contract, its attachments and the strata records had to be read and summarised by hand, often under a cooling-off deadline.

What we built

  1. Checked whether prescribed documents were attached and current.
  2. Flagged special conditions that may shift risk to the buyer.
  3. Reviewed strata records, including levies, capital works, defects, disputes and minutes.
  4. Flagged unusual items for the solicitor.
  5. Prepared a client summary, internal file note and questions for the other side.

Reported result

On the reported workflow, a review that took a lawyer about five hours was reduced to about 15 minutes of lawyer time.

Where people stay responsible

A solicitor reviews the complete matter and provides all legal advice.

  • A solicitor reviews the complete matter and provides all legal advice.

Limitations

  • Incomplete strata records can be identified, but the workflow cannot fill the gaps.

Measuring it

Continue comparing the reported reduction from about five hours to about 15 minutes, while tracking missed or incorrect flags against solicitor-reviewed matters.

Our evidence and corrections policy ↗

The client is not identified. The outcome figures are reported for this workflow and are not a promise that another business will achieve the same result.
