Estate planning / Delivered workflow

Will drafts from a questionnaire

Client instructions placed into the firm's own will precedent.

All workflow examples ↗

Delivered workflow. Built for a New South Wales law firm.

Where the work stalled

Each will was filled in by hand from the client's questionnaire.

What we built

The same controlled approach also covers powers of attorney and guardianship documents.

  1. Read the completed client questionnaire.
  2. Suggested a precedent for the solicitor to confirm.
  3. Populated the document using the firm's own clause wording.
  4. Turned missing or unclear instructions into questions for the client.

Where people stay responsible

A solicitor settles every will and provides all legal advice.

  • A solicitor settles every will and provides all legal advice.

Limitations

  • Complex estates require individual legal advice and may sit outside the standard workflow.

Measuring it

Track drafting time and solicitor corrections for each will.

No outcome figures are published because a measured baseline and comparison period are not being claimed for this example.

Our evidence and corrections policy ↗

The client is not identified and no outcome figures are claimed. This account describes the workflow and its controls, not a promise that another business will achieve the same result.
